Mr Fatimi is a solicitor of the Senior Courts of England and Wales. He has over twenty years’ experience in immigration, asylum & nationality law. He is an expert on Afghan asylum and human rights cases.
He holds a Bachelor of laws (LLB honours) degree from the University of Bedfordshire (1998 – 2000) and the Legal Practice Course (LPC) from the University of Hertfordshire. He further holds a Master’s Degree in International Law from the University of Hertfordshire. His thesis was entitled, ‘‘The Law and Unaccompanied Minors’’.
Mr Fatimi receives instructions from many corners of England and Wales, including from Birmingham, Manchester, Leeds, Nottingham, Newcastle, Scotland, Southampton, Wales, Kent and other regions.
Mr Fatimi has been involved in cases right from the Home Office stage until the Court of Appeal. He enjoys a very high success rate.
He is fluent in Pashto, Dari and Urdu languages.
