Asif Anwar is a Solicitor specialising in Asylum and Immigration matters. Asif deals with a diverse group of different nationalities within his client base and enjoys a high success rate amongst his cases. He specialises in asylum and immigration cases both at initial stages and has extensive experience in appeal matters. Asif is adept in dealing with a wide range of complex cases including asylum, deportation, fresh claims, entry clearance, visit visas, FLR applications, detention and more.
Asif works with number of vulnerable clients, including victims of domestic violence, victims of trafficking and victims of torture. He has also worked closely with several local councils in assisting unaccompanied minors obtain asylum.
