Anik Husain is a Solicitor. He has practiced in a number of areas which has developed his skills and brought experience, most notably in relation to the areas relating to Property, such as Conveyancing and Landlord and Tenant matters.
Property Law and Conveyancing
Anik has experience in the sale and purchase of residential properties , acting for individuals and investors, re-mortgages and transfers of equity. He also deals with the sale and purchase of commercial premises and the renewal of commercial leases, both from the landlord and the tenant perspectives. This experience has helped Anik understand both the technical side of this area and the practical side to find solutions to challenges that occur for clients during transactions.
Landlord and Tenant
Anik has experience in transactions involving residential and commercial lettings and the issues that arise as a result of the Landlord and Tenant relationship from their tenancies/agreements, including issues relating to possession.
Focus
The primary focus for Anik is positive outcomes for the clients. Good communication and finding solutions are keys to ensuring a stress-free time during the case. He is known for his hard work, technical ability, honesty and proactivity. Anik believes that being proactive to achieve the objectives of a client is a fundamental requirement but is also prepared to be honest with clients about any challenges presented, so that clients can work alongside their representative to achieve their objectives.
