About Me
Tianne is a Paralegal at London Law Solicitors in the Conveyancing Department, where she plays an integral role in supporting clients across a range of conveyancing matters. Tianne graduated from London Metropolitan University with an Upper Second Class Honours LLB Law Degree in 2022.
Experience
Since then, Tianne has gained significant experience in Conveyancing and Lending, assisting with property transactions, refinancing, and loan documentation. Tianne has worked with a variety of lenders and has experience with property chains. Tianne is known for attention to detail, efficiency, and clear communication throughout each matter.
Focus
Tianne’s main focus is supporting residential and commercial property transactions from commencement through to settlement. This includes preparing and reviewing contracts and transfer documents, coordinating with clients, agents, and other practitioners, and managing settlement processes to ensure matters progress accurately and efficiently. Tianne is committed to maintaining compliance, meeting critical deadlines, and providing clear communication throughout each transaction.
Outside of Work
Tianne enjoys spending time with family and friends, travelling and participating in wellness and mindfulness practices.
